How to order

Six or seven minutes, start to finish. Here is exactly what happens at each step, and what to do if you would rather talk to a person.

   Find what you need

   Use the search bar at the top — it matches product names and model codes, so FAB28 or Quencher both work. Or browse by category from the menu, or by brand from the Brands page.

   Check it fits before you add it

   Every appliance page lists the model code and the manufacturer’s dimensions. Measure your gap, allow clearance for the door swing and the hinge side. If a measurement you need is not on the page, send us the model code and we will confirm it before you order.

   Add to cart

   Click Add to cart. The cart icon in the header shows your item count. You can keep browsing and add from any range — household, outdoor and commercial items all travel on one order.

   Go to checkout

   Open the cart and click through to checkout. Enter your delivery address and contact details. Your delivery cost is calculated there: free anywhere in South Africa, R550 flat to Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Lesotho and Eswatini, and free on cross-border orders over R5 000.

   Choose how to pay

   The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. If you would rather pay by EFT, see Payment & EFT — message us and we will send you the banking details and a payment reference.

   Confirmation

   You will get an order confirmation with your order number. Keep that number — it is what you quote to us for any question about the order.

   Dispatch and delivery

   Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. South African deliveries take 3 to 7 business days in transit after dispatch; cross-border orders take 7 to 14. We send the courier’s waybill number once your order leaves us.

Prefer to order over WhatsApp?

Message 067 363 2587 with the product name or a link to the page. We will confirm availability, the total including delivery, and the delivery estimate before anything is charged. Nothing is processed until you say yes.

Ordering for a business?

Commercial kitchen and catering equipment often needs a quote, a delivery slot or installation arranged separately. Send us the model codes and your delivery address and we will come back with a written quotation.
