These terms, and the disclosures on this page, are provided in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA). Products
We sell genuine Field Bar, SMEG and Stanley products. We describe every product as accurately as we can, but product images are for illustration and colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Where a manufacturer changes a specification, packaging or finish without notice, the item you receive may differ slightly from the images shown.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a backorder, or a full refund.
Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed.
- Your order is confirmed only once payment has been received and we have sent you an order confirmation.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will always contact you first.
Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent use of the site.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa. Delivery timeframes, dispatch times and courier arrangements are set out on our Delivery & Shipping page. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage promptly, as set out in our returns policy.
Returns, refunds and your cooling-off right
Under section 44 of ECTA you may cancel an online purchase within 5 business days of receiving it, without giving a reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including your rights in respect of goods that are defective, unsafe, or not as described.
Warranties
Products carry the warranty offered by the manufacturer or its authorised South African agent, where such a warranty applies. Warranty terms, duration and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer, not by us. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty and are not replaced by it.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content at scale, or to submit false orders. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, product photography and design on this site belong to Sundowner Supply or are used with permission. Brand names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site transfers any right in those trade marks to you, and reference to a brand does not imply any partnership beyond our sale of genuine stock.
Limitation of liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act.

Where this site links to another website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by email. You also have the right to refer a complaint to the National Consumer Commission or an accredited consumer-goods ombud.
