Free delivery across South Africa
Every order ships free, anywhere in South Africa — no minimum spend required. We work with reputable national couriers, including Pudo and PostNet, to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Delivery times
Inside South Africa, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location, with major metros typically on the faster end and outlying areas on the slower end.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Yes. We ship to six neighbouring countries: Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
- Cost: a flat R550 per order, regardless of how many items you buy.
- Free over R5,000: cross-border orders with a cart value above R5,000 ship free.
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days, because cross-border orders clear customs on the way.
- Duties and taxes: any import duties, VAT or customs clearance charges raised in the destination country are for your account. The courier collects these before delivery, and they are not included in the price you pay us.
The shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout once you enter your delivery country, so you see it before you pay.
Large or fragile items
SMEG appliances and larger cooler boxes are packed with extra protective care. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out — see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
