Payment & EFT

How to pay, what the reference should be, and how long each method takes to clear. If anything about a payment request looks odd, stop and phone us first.

Paying at checkout

The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. Card payments are handled by the payment provider on their own secure pages — we never see or store your card number.

Paying by EFT or bank transfer

   Place the order or send us the list

   Either complete checkout, or WhatsApp us the products you want. Either way you end up with an order number.

   Ask us for the banking details

   Message 067 363 2587 or email info@sundownersupply.co.za quoting your order number. We will send you the account details and the reference to use.

   Use your order number as the reference

   This is the part people skip. Without the reference we cannot match your payment to your order, and it holds up dispatch.

   Send us the proof of payment

   WhatsApp or email the POP. EFTs between different banks can take 1 to 2 business days to reflect; an instant transfer usually reflects the same day.

   We dispatch once the payment reflects

   Dispatch is 1 to 3 business days from the moment the funds show in the account, not from the moment you send the POP.

What we will never do

• We will never phone or message you to say our banking details have changed. If you receive that message, it is not from us — call 067 363 2587 and check before you pay.
• We will never ask for your card PIN, your online banking password or an OTP.
• We will never ask you to pay into a personal account in a name you have not confirmed with us.

Prices and currency

All prices on this site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where VAT applies. On cross-border orders, import duties and local taxes in the destination country are payable by the recipient on arrival and are not included in our delivery rate.
